The device has two supports (1) joined by a lower bar (4). At the top of the uprights there are slides (2) which support a hand-held (10) ring or elastic straps. The uprights can be positioned at any point on a frame (3) by rocking a plate (5) and locked in position by a locking screw (6). The frame is a square or rectangular tube. The top of the slide is covered with an omnidirectional capping (9). The sliding tube is locked in position by a screw (8). The slide can be longer and it can be a support post for a ring. USE - Gymnastic device permitting combinations for various exercises.
