The suspension has a wheel carrier (4) and upper (7) and lower (11) arms swivel mounted on the body (B). A connecting piece (27) has a vertical rod (19) joined by one end to a second rod (17). An elastic arrangement (16,22) is joined to the connecting piece to create a counter force against the deformation of the connecting piece. The elastic arrangement comprises a stabiliser (22) working with a damping element (16).
