HEATING SYSTEM FOR PROPAGATING PLANTS A propagation system for plants includes a table onto which trays of the just germinated plants are placed for heating of the growing medium in which the seedling is located. The heating surface of the table has an even heat applied across the full surface by the use of a sheet formed as an extrusion having a plurality of tubes therethrough defined by the upper wall, the lower wall and a plurality of longitudinally extending divider walls. A header is attached to each end of the sheet and includes a tube having a slot which is clamped onto the upper and lower surfaces of the sheet with end closure members acting to seal the end of the tube. A heating circuit is provided for heating the liquid which is supplied to one header and returned from the other header.
