PURPOSE:To speed up the count repeative period for a large-capacity counter using a memory. CONSTITUTION:A memory part 10 is provided to store plural count values together with an addition part 20 which adds the addition value N to the count value read out of the part 10, and a control part 30 which reads the count value out of the part 10 and writes the count value of the part 20 into the part 10. Then the part 30 is provided with an addition control means 40 and an address selection means 50.
