摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To easily perform machining under proper machining conditions without altering an initial machining program even when a work material is changed after the machining program is completed by dividing a function for determining the machining conditions into a 1st function which is not affected by the work material and a 2nd function part which is affected. CONSTITUTION:The function for determining the machining conditions such as a main shaft rotating speed is divided into the 1st function part which is not affected by the work material and the 2nd function part which is affected by the work material. When the machining program is generated by an NC automatic programming device 100, only the 1st function part is stored as the reference value of the machining conditions on a floppy disk 111 together with the machining program. In the execution stage of the machining program, the work material is specified in the controller of the machine tool to set the 2nd function part, and the 1st function part and 2nd function part are put together to generate the machining conditions. Consequently, cutting is carried out under the machining conditions corresponding to the work material.</p>
