PURPOSE:To make format different in each end of a paragraph uniform, and to support the preparation of a correct document by checking the end of a paragraph on the basis of the result of the elaboration of a sentence, and informing a user of a part where a character modification or the kind or the size of a font is different from the format of the end of a paragraph, or executing substitution in conformity with the set format of the end of a paragraph. CONSTITUTION:An end of paragraph checking part 5 to check the format for each end of a paragraph of the sentence processed by a sentence elaborating part 4 by referring to the set format of an end of paragraph format part 13, and a control part 2 and an output part 6 which display warning about the different end of a paragraph when the end of a paragraph different from the set format is detected by the end of paragraph checking part 5 are provided. |
