PURPOSE:To individually perform desired charging for programs performing different valorizations. CONSTITUTION:A broadcasting presenter side device 1 ciphers and broadcasts respective broadcasting programs with ciphered keys different for the respective broadcasting programs. A user side device 3 receiving the programs through a communication satellite 2 inquires the deciphered key information of the designated broadcasting program to the broadcasting presenter side device 1 and in this case, the registered identification code or password of the user side device 3 itself is transmitted. The broadcasting presenter side device 1 investigates this identification number or the password, transmits the deciphered key information to the user side device 3 and further performs charging. |
