<p>PURPOSE:To provide an angular speed detector which can detect only a mean angular speed of a turbine generator rapidly and accurately. CONSTITUTION:An observer 2 containing a state observation system to be introduced by a fluctuation equation of a turbine generator is provided. A generator speed signal DELTAomegag, a phase difference angle signal DELTAdeltag of the generator and a signal DELTAPe representing a transmission effective power are input to the observer 2, and an estimated angular speed *omega is calculated.</p> |
