<p>PURPOSE:To provide a two-terminal element type liquid crystal display device suppressing the damage of wiring resistance (the rise of resistance value) on a base at the manufacturing time without causing the cracking of a glass base due to heat in a manufacturing process and enabling the use of even flexible material as the base, thereby obtaining high contrast without liquid unevenness so as to achieve clear image display. CONSTITUTION:In the method of manufacturing a two-terminal element type liquid crystal display device by a varistor element, paste formed of the mixture of varistor grain 13a and an organic binder 13b is shifted in such a way as to form a specified pattern on a lower glass base 10, and then the organic binder 13b is hardened to form the varistor element 13.</p> |
