ANALYZING DEVICE FOR CUBIC STRUCTURE OF PROTEIN MOLECULE

PURPOSE:To provide a device which extracts an amino acid array pattern that is significant for solution of formation of the cubic structure of a protein molecule in regard of a protein molecule cubic structure analyzer which detects a pattern of interactions among the characteristic environments shown in common to the local structures of the protein molecules based on the alignment of these local structures. CONSTITUTION:An alignment of the local structures of protein molecules is inputted together with the coordinate data on the protein molecules to which each local structure belongs. Based on these input alignment and the data, an interaction detection processing part 14 detects the interaction between each amino acid residue included in the local structure and an environment. An interaction pattern between the amino acid residue and the environment is decided based on the prescribed sorting related to the amino acid. Then these patterns emerging in the local structures of a presctibed number or more are extracted. Then an interaction pattern output processing part 18 outputs the information on the interactions with the environment including the patterns emerging in the local structures of a prescribed number or more.
