PURPOSE:To simply and surely display a position required by a user by the operation of a scroll bar by displaying information indicating page segmentation and the number of pages on the scroll bar. CONSTITUTION:At the time of displaying document information consisting of plural pages stored in a memory 26, a connection part 23 sets up the total number of pages of the document information in a page management part 27. The page management part 27 calculates page segmenting width based upon the total number of pages. A scroll control part 28 displays bordarlines on the scroll bar based upon the page segmenting width and displays page numbers on respective areas of the scroll bar segmented by the bordarlines. Then, the control part 28 executes page scrolling processing in accordance with an instruction inputted from an input part 21. Thereby, which part is displayed in accordance with the set position of an elavator can be judged at a glance based upon the page segmenting information and the page number display status. |
