A lever (7) supported on the front telescopic fork covers is in the form of a circular arc which permits rotation normal to the steering. The lever is divided in two along the length of each side of the vehicle, and fixed to the chassis by roller bearings (10). The ends of the arms are held by counter-weights on the extendible shock absorbers (18). The shock absorbers are attached under the rear fork arms, midway between the wheel axle and the fork pivoting axle. During movement of the chain, the lever lightens the front suspension and simultaneously transmits the force onto the rear shock absorber, thus holding the vehicle rear near to its normal position. USE/ADVANTAGE - Cycle suspension which ensures contact of both wheels with the ground during braking.
