PURPOSE:To provide a flame resisting insulated wire of excellent flame resistant performance and heat resistance, for which a pin hole is prevented from penetrating the whole layer, while reducing the thickness of insulation, the weight and the size. CONSTITUTION:A flame resisting layer 2 is formed on the outer periphery of a conductor 1 directly or through another insulating layer, while an insulating layer 3 is formed on the outer periphery of the flame resisting layer 2 directly or through the other insulating layer, and an external insulating layer 4 is extrusion coated on the outer periphery of an insulating layer 3 directly or through the outer insulating layer. A ceramic paint consisting of 100 parts of inorganic powder containing at least one or more mixed material chosen among Al2O3, BaTiO3, ZrSiO4, MgSiO3, SiO2, BN, BeO, MgO, and clay glass frit, 10-200 parts of silicone resin, and of 20-300 parts of diluent, is applied the flame resisting layer 2 and baked, and the flame resisting layer 2 is thus formed. The insulating layer 3 is formed of polyolefine composition, while the external insulating layer 4 is formed of aromatic polymer. |
