And its variation DELTATe is put into the fuzzy tuning system 16. And automatic gain adjustment is performed by inferring the value of the ratio Kp/Ki, a ratio of a proportional gain Kp to a storage gain Ki, from a position where the variation DELTATe of the torque command value becomes zero, and by tuning the gain and the time constant of the PI controller using a means which tunes the gains Kp and Ki.
