PURPOSE:To recognize present positions of moving human beings and objects or the like from the various kinds of message information between a control source and the moving human being. CONSTITUTION:A center terminal device 30 is connected through a private branch cable 40 for telephones and a local terminal device 20 is connected through a general independent public telephone line 50 to a control device 70. Also, a movable terminal device 10 is provided with a data process transfer function and an automatic communication function, and the center terminal device 30 and the local terminal device 20 are provided with a line connecting communication function/a data process transfer function to transmit/receive setting data automatically. The conditions of the movable terminal device 10 are displayed at a display part 75 of the control device 70 while communicating among the center terminal device 30, the local terminal device 20, and the movable terminal device 10. |
