<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a thin-film thermistor which is easy to install and has no malfunction by storing a thin-film thermistor element in a two-end opened recessed section formed on an insulating supporter and by forming a sintered glass coated layer on the thin-film thermistor element. CONSTITUTION:One or more two-end opened recessed sections 3 are formed on an insulating supporter 2. Glass paste or an organic adhesive is applied onto the recessed section 3 and then a thin-film thermistor element 1 is stored in the recessed section 3. After the glass paste or the organic adhesive is dried, a pair of leads are connected. After that, the glass paste is dropped around the thin film thermistor element and then is dried and sintered to form a sintered glass coated layer 5. By this method, the thin-film thermistor element 1 and the insulating supporter 2 are adhered to each other strongly enough and therefore the device is easy to handle and a malfunction due to insulation deterioration is avoided.</p> |
