Device for crushing and calibrating rocks - passes rocks between rotating cylinders and gears which calibrate and eject them

The rocks or stones (3) are introduced between two cylinders (1) where they are crushed and calibrated. The cylinders are connected to four gears (2) onto which the stones make contact. There the stones are either driven to the centre of the cylinders or crushed by the gears for calibration and ejection to the exterior (5). The cylinders are subjected to a recharging of an anti-binding agent (9). The two cylinders have a projection (6) for the siting of pins for the driving gears. The speed of rotation of the cylinders can be varied. USE - Crushing and calibrating all types of stones or rocks.
