PURPOSE:To provide a battery of a sufficient energy capacity small-sized and lightweight by forming the battery of nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery units laminated with sheet-like active materials and polymer solid electrolytes into multiple layers with assemblies. CONSTITUTION:Lithium and a polymer active material such as polyaniline or polyacetylene are formed into a sheet shape to manufacture a positive electrode and a negative electrode. A diaphragm made of a polymer electrolyte soaked with a solid electrolyte forming composition and solidified by light or heat is pinched between the positive electrode and negative electrode to form a cell unit. Battery units are laminated into multiple layers according to the intended use, and they are sealed with an outer material to form a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery. The battery is formed with assemblies, it can be made small-sized and lightweight while having a sufficient energy capacity, and an electronic apparatus can be made thin and efficient when the battery is used as an external power source of the thin electronic apparatus. |
