PURPOSE:To improve frequency characteristics and prevent the effect of electromagnetic noize in a movable monitor. CONSTITUTION:The title device has a movable mechanism capable of moving along a track, an operation mechanism for operating an inspection device loaded on the movable mechanism, a control circuit part controlling the movable mechanism and the operation mechanism and a host computor and a console for controlling them. A leak optical axis fiber 23 is laid along a track 29 and a control circuit loaded on the movable monitor main body 28 is provided. By using an electricity and light signal convertor converting electric signal to light signal and a light and electricity signal converter converting light signal to electricity signal obtained through the leak optical axis fiber 23, communication is possible at an arbitrary point on the track. |
