PURPOSE:To automatically construct a data base of a spinning mill. CONSTITUTION:The terminal controllers 1b-8b call selectively the symptom-based information, the state-based information, and the factor-based information which are previously and hierarchically stored onto a display with key operations and stores the input data as the maintenance data when one of those stored information is selectively inputted with a key operation. Then the controllers 1b-8b transfer the maintenance data to a host computer 11 after a fixed time. These controllers 1b-8b are provided to the controllers 1a-8a which control each process of a spinning mill where the cotton yarn is produced through such processes as the mixing and blowing, combing, drawing, rough spinning, fine spinning, and rewinding processes. Then the terminal input devices are connected to the computer 11 via a data communication circuit 10. |
