PURPOSE:To efficiently concentrically irradiate an element to be irradiated with an ultraviolet ray and to cure ultraviolet ray curable synthetic resin in a short time by disposing a rodlike ultraviolet ray lamp at a first focus and the element to be irradiated at a second focus by using an elliptical reflecting mirror as an ultraviolet ray lamp implement. CONSTITUTION:A jig 25 is introduced into an ultraviolet ray shielding cover 14 by moving a chain conveyor 2, further advanced, and bullet-shaped protrusions of an outer covering plate of an LED are irradiated with an ultraviolet ray directly radiated from a lamp 31. When the ray is gathered in a longitudinal direction of a reflecting mirror 32 by an elliptical reflecting mirror 32 of an ultraviolet irradiation lamp implement 3 in which substantially centers of the respective protrusions are previously matched and moved to a second focus in which the ray is strengthened, the protrusion is concentrically irradiated with the ray to expedite curing of ultraviolet ray curable epoxy resin. Thus, there is no intermediary between the LED and the implement 3 bridged over the conveyor 2, and the ray can be efficiently concentrically irradiated. |
