PURPOSE:To solve a problem for increasing in a communication expense or the like by retraining from illegal use of the portable telephone set such that the utilization state of the portable telephone set is easily recognized and controlled by a user side through the use of a recording medium. CONSTITUTION:A recording medium 10 is formed so as to be connected to/ separated from the portable telephone set main body and transfers an ID code, operation limit information (validity or the like) and operating state information (telephone number, speeching time and speeching period of time, etc.,) to/from the control section 6 of the portable telephone set via an input output interface 7, and the operating state of the portable telephone set is recognized and controlled based on the information recorded on the recording medium 10. |
