摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To compensate the loss of information blocks and code error with high reliability and to simplify maintenance and checks at the time of installation and fault generation by limiting the number of transmission lines between respective transmission and reception parts in respective nodes of one line from the beginning. CONSTITUTION:The plural information blocks inputted through plural transmission lines 481-48k to plural information block transmission parts 411-41k are branched at a transmission side node 21. One information block is transmitted from the transmission parts 411-41k to a reception node 22 as it is, and the other information block is inputted to an error correcting encoding part 45. The inspecting information block generated by this error correcting encoding is transmitted through the transmission line different from that of the information block. At the reception side node 22, the information blocks are received by the information block reception parts 421-42k, and the inspecting information blocks are received by inspecting information block reception parts 441-44n-k. The information blocks received by the respective reception parts are inputted to an error correcting code decoding part 46 and collated so as to compensate the loss of the information blocks and the code error.</p>
