PURPOSE:To improve the operability of an information display in a monitor control room. CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with a display part 1 which displays an object to be monitored, inputting part 2 which inputs the position of the point of view of a user or the like, fixed picture storage part which stores the entire object to be monitored, or the plural divided parts as a picture, and information obtaining part 5 which fetches actual data observed from each object to be monitored. Also, the device is equipped with a display control part which controls the display part 1 so that the picture stored in the fixed picture storage part, or the actual data fetched by the information obtaining part 5 can be displayed, based on a position relation between the position of the point of view inputted from the inputting part 2, and the object. A texture and an actual picture are switched according to the distance of the point of view, so that present correct information can be displayed for a part which is noticed by an operator, and only the texture can be displayed for the part which is not noticed by the operator. Thus, the correct monitor information can be displayed without increasing the load of a computer and a transmission path. |
