PURPOSE:To facilitate the adjustment of an optical axis by integrally forming a portion of an optical element consisting of a recorded information reproducing optical means and a servo signal detecting means on a single sheet base. CONSTITUTION:The head is provided with a laser irradiating means 100 which consists of a laser light source 1 and an objective lens 4 which limits the laser beam to an information recording medium 5, a recorded information reproducing optical means 200 which leads the reflected light beam including recorded information from the medium 5 to an optical detector 12 to transform the beam into electrical signals. Moreover, the head is also provided with a servo signal detecting optical means 300 which guides the reflected light beam including the focus and track error servo information of the lens 4 against the means 5 to the detector 12 to transform the beam to electrical signals. And respective portions of the optical elements consisting the means 200 and 300 are integrally formed on a one sheet base 14. Thus, the adjustment of the optical axis of the head is facilitated. |
