In the force transducer (40g) is provided an articulation between the stationary and movable massive solid parts (41g, 42g) in the form of a deformable parallelogram comprising two parallel flexible plates (43g, 44g) which extend perpendicularly to the sensitive direction (0Y) and, preferably, which form parallel sides of the one-piece body of the transducer. The movable part (42g) is thus translationally moved along the direction of the useful extension or compression force. A piezoelectric structure (60g) of the transducer preferably comprises three vibratory beams (61A; 61B; 61C) having, in common, two electrodes respectively disposed on two large faces of the beams. So as to avoid short-circuits and to increase the performance of the transducer, each electrode is composed of three "capital omega"-shaped longitudinal branches supported by the beams and connected together, on the attachment ends (63F, 63M) of the structure. An accelerometric sensor comprises two such transducers (40g, 40d) which are symmetrical in relation to a median axis perpendicular to the sensitive direction. <IMAGE> |
