DATA WRITER FOR MEMORY

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve a data writing speed and to prevent overwriting by returning the number of verifications to an initial value when a memory chip is altered, when writing of predetermined information amount is finished and when the number of verifications exceed an allowable value. CONSTITUTION:In the case where data is written in an EEPROM 17 by a page unit, a CPU clears the number N of verifications to '1' when the CPU judges a transferring point of a chip of the EEPROM 17, when writing of data of one page is finished and a next page number is updated, and when the number of verifications exceeds an allowable value (100). Thus, suitable data writing substantially corresponding to a writing time to be fluctuated due to each page, each chip, a temperature change, an applied voltage level, etc., can be executed, a data writing speed can be effectively improved, and hence over writing can be prevented as much as possible.
