<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method of obtaining auxiliary capacity without lowering numerical aperture in an active matrix electrostatic display system with a CMOS transfer gate circuit such as a liquid crystal display device. CONSTITUTION:Mutually heteropolar TFTs are respectively connected to the gate wiring in the nth line and the (n+2) th line, and picture image electrodes connected to these TFTs is overlapped with the gate wiring in the (n+1) th line in between to form auxiliary capacity.</p> |
