<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the operation of a check item input device and to quickly input the check items by excluding the designated ones out of the displayed check items and defining other check items as the requested ones. CONSTITUTION:When a patient code is inputted through a keyboard 5, a request is given to a recept computer 3 to read out the attribute information on the patient via a terminal equipment 2. Thus the attribute information on the patient is displayed on an initial screen. Then a processing part 9 retrieves a set check master file 12 with push of an enter key and reads out the check item code included in the relevant disease. Then the part 9 reads out the disease name out of a check item master file 13 and displays it. If an undesired item is included in the displayed check items, an operator sets a cursor to the undesired item and pushes a space key. Thus the display state of the relevant check item is changed to a normal state showing a non-selection state from an inverted state. Then the undesired item is excluded out of the request check items. When a decision key is pushed, only the item that is displayed in inversion is printed by a printer 7.</p> |
