PURPOSE:To improve the construction of the stator of a DC brushless motor so as to increase the number of turns of a winding and reduce a leakage flux. CONSTITUTION:The thin part side of the inner circumference of the wide part of the pole part 7b of a stator 7 is so formed as to be a specific arc shape and both the end parts of the inner circumference of the wide part are formed linearly and tapered. The inner circumference of an insertion hole provided in the boss part 7a of the stator 7 is made to be close to the inner circumference of the center hole of the boss part 7a so as to have both the inner circumferences agree with each other. The insertion part of an insulating terminal 38 is so formed as to have a small diameter and the head part of the terminal 3 is so formed as to have a large diameter and both the parts are eccentric with each other. A coil terminal pin 19 is made to protrude to the opposite side of a printed board 21 and a coil end is soldered to the protruding part. |
