PURPOSE:To make the assembly of a DC brushless motor easy, reduce its size, suppress its vibration and noise and improve the durability of its bearing. CONSTITUTION:A stator 7 is attached to the outside of a center shaft 4 which is fixed to an end bracket 3. A rotor 8 which is provided around the stator 7 with a gap is attached to the center shaft 4 with support members 9 and 16a so as to rotate freely. The center of the pole piece 13 of the rotor 8 is shifted from the center of the pole part 7b of the stator 7 to the side of the support members 9 and 16a. An elastic washer 31, second grooved ball bearings 32a, a spacer 33 and first grooved ball bearings 30 are provided between the inner circumferences of the support members 9 and 16a and the center shaft 4. The inner rings of the respective bearings 30 and 32 and the spacer 33 are mated with the center shaft 4 with a gap and the inner circumference of the support member 9 is mated with the outer ring of the bearings 32 with a gap except that the outer ring of the first grooved ball bearings 30 is fixed to the inner circumference of the support member 16a. |
