PURPOSE:To prevent false measurement due to deterioration of a reagent and to use the reagent economically. CONSTITUTION:A reaction part 2 on which reaction cuvettes 4 are disposed rotates and blood specimens 7 arranged on a sampler 6 are injected by a pipette 8 into the reaction cuvettes 4 located at a position of injection of the specimen. A reagent distributing mechanism 20 is equipped with a reagent tray 22 which holds a plurality of kinds of reagents 21 and has a rotating mechanism for positioning a selected reagent to a position (a) of collection of the reagent. Moreover, a heating block 26 which is kept at a prescribed temperature and has a plurality of recessed parts for holding a probe and a dispenser 24 which has the probe removably at the fore end of an arm, executes suction and discharge of the reagent from and to the probe and also has an arm mechanism for transferring the probe to the position (a) of collection of the reagent, a position of the heating block 26 and a position of the reaction cuvette 4 moved to a position of distribution of the reagent, are provided. |
