<p>PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of a radar signal processor mounted on an automobile. CONSTITUTION:In the title processor which finds the distance and speed to and of a target by transmitting radio waves toward the target and processing reflected wave signals from the target, a first storing section 54 which successively stores and updates a plurality of distance and speed data, data counting section 55 which counts effective data from the stored distance and speed data and, when the number is small than a prescribed value, judges that there is no target, and second storing section 58 which stores a plurality of distance, and speed data older than the data stored in the section 54 are provided. In addition, a least square processing section 56 which fits the distance and speed data stored in the sections 54 and 58 to a prescribed function and data adoption discriminating section 57 which compares the fitted distance and speed data with the data stored in corresponding to the fitted data and, when the data do not approach to each other within a prescribed extent, adopts the fitted distance and speed data for display are also provided.</p> |
