PURPOSE:To provide a calling signal controlling system of c cordless telephone sets which can surely perform connection of a radio channel between a base unit and a slave unit at the time of an incoming call. CONSTITUTION:The calling signal to be transmitted from a private branch exchange 1 to a base unit 3 of the cordless telephone set at the time of the incoming call is transmitted in signal transmitting time t1 which is longer than time T1 required for connecting a radio channel 4 between the base unit 3 and a slave unit 5, is stopped for signal stopping time t2 which is longer than time T2 required for the base unit 3 to judge that the calling signal stopped, and these transmissions and standstills are repeated alternately.
