PURPOSE:To reduce an area on a packaging substrate by providing electrodes and resonance elements whose ends are connected to the ground electrodes and the parts of the opening end of each resonance element are overlapped through dielectric layer in a dielectric body. CONSTITUTION:Resonances 31-33 comprising a strip resonator extending to one end of a dielectric layer 11 and one end is electrically connected to an earth electrode 2 formed at the back of a dielectric layer 11 are formed in parallel on the surface of the dielectric layer 11. Further, electrodes 41-43 whose ends extend to the other end of the dielectric layer 11 to be connected to the earth electrodes 2 and the other ends are opposed to the respective resonance elements 31-33 are formed on the surface of the dielectric layer 11. A column line filter is constituted by using the inductive coupling of resonance elements 31-33 in the inductance caused by each distribution coupling of the resonance elements 31-33. Thus, the area of the laminated type dielectric filter can be reduced by increasing the electrostatic capacity and shortening the length of the resonance element. |
