PURPOSE:To obtain correctly the result of discrimination as to whether or not an original is a specific original independently of a direction or a side of an inputted original picture. CONSTITUTION:When the similarity between an input original and a specific original prepared in advance is discriminated according to an inputted RGB signal by a discrimination circuit 409, the similarity is discriminated by selecting a criterion according to information of an IC card read by a card reader 228 and the similarity is integrated by a 2-dimension IIR(Infinite Impulse Response) filter. |
