The bag (15) is fixed in the box (2) by one end and can be drawn out through an opening (18) in the box. At its other free end the bag has a cord (16) and ring (17) which when the bag is extended hangs on a hook (10) fitted on the outside of the box. The box can have a flap or sliding wall (3) which opens and closes the opening (18). The bag can be wound preferably by a spring onto a spike rotatable inside the box where it is locked for safe storage.
