Pouch comprises two paper sheets (10,20) on the inside which have an additional coating (11,21) of polyethylene and around their edges (30), with the exception of a filling aperture, are welded to each other. The additional coating can be withdrawn from the paper sheets. Alternatively, the two paper sheets are joined by interlinkage mechanically at their edges, using projections which interengage. In this case, only the long sides at the edges are welded together. The paper sheets are made of Na kraft paper and the additional coating (11,21) has a density of 20 to 30 g/m2. The pouch is closable by means of a foldable projecting end of the one sheet and with an adhesive strip covered with a withdrawable protective foil. USE/ADVANTAGE - Used as an air cushion despatch pouch, which is environmentally friendly.
