PURPOSE:To obtain a stable matching accuracy of colors by providing a means of conveying a paper being held from both sides along a paper conveying path between opposed rollers facing a plurality of thermal heads. CONSTITUTION:A paper 1 is initially pinched together with a yellow ink donor sheet 2 between a first thermal head 5a and a first opposed roll 15a to perform a printing yellow. Then, the paper 1 is pinched between a conveying belt 9 and an opposed belt 9a running in contact therewith and conveyed to a cyan recorder 305 without deflection. Thus, as conveying devices are provided between color recorders to prevent deflection of the paper, a stable matching of colors can be always obtained without being affected by the toughness of the paper. |
