PURPOSE:To prevent a character in a rectangular area surrounded by a ruled line group from becoming difficult to see by outputting a ruled line after correcting position information stored in a storage part to the outer side of the rectangular area on the basis of line width information stored in the storage part. CONSTITUTION:A horizontal ruled line data area in a RAM in relation to the ruled lines LX1, LX2, and a vertical ruled line data area in relation to the ruled lines LY1, LY2 are retrieved respectively from the coordinate of an end point, and the position correction information of a retrieved ruled line data part is set to be the outer side of the rectangular area S. Next, it is judged whether the position correction information is for the outer side or not, and if it is so, a center line is moved to the outer side of the rectangular area S by the half of line width b0 after movement, and if the position correction information is not for the outer side, the end point of the center line after the movement is extended by the half of the line width b0, and each center line is connected to each other. Then, the ruled line group LX5,LX6, LY5,LT6 is drawn as following the center lines. |
