The moisturising agent is a mixture of 75-85% dodecylphenol which is condensed with 9-13, pref 11, mole ethylene oxide and 15-25% of a low ethoxylated 4-10C alkyl phenol with a cloud point of 20 degrees-25 degrees C. The other components may be KCl or MgCl2 plus a little alkali. |
