FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: new substituted ketones that are 1-pyrimidinylacetamide derivatives of the formula (I) given below. These compounds are inhibitors of human leukocyte elastase (human neutrophilic elastase) and they can be used in pharmacology, diagnostics and related studies and for mammalian diseases treatment also. Invention relates to semiproducts that can be used for synthesis such substituted ketones, methods of synthesis of these substituted ketones, pharmaceutical composition containing these substituted ketones, and methods of their application. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis. |
