PURPOSE:To reduce the fluxing out impregnated resin from the coil end by wrapping a part of conductor, which is covered with insulator and projected from the core end, with glass tape while coated with resin leaving out a resin impregnation port and by vacuum impregnating it after incorporation in the iron core. CONSTITUTION:The conductor 1 is covered with insulator 2, the outer circumferential parts a to d projected from the core end is wrapped with glass tape while it is coated with resin on leaving a resin impregnation port. The coil is incorporated in the core slot and fixed to the core with a wedge, it is vacuum impregnated with insulating resin, and is heat-cured at a state in which the resin impregnation port is held in the upside. In this way, the flux of impregnated resin from the coil parts a to d can be reduced to obtain a good heat-resisting insulation. |
