摘要 PURPOSE:To promptly form a deformable and an optically moldable planar layer by forming images through a stretched elastomeric film being in contact with an optically moldable composite, varying the tensile strength exerted on the film to form a new layer, and by repeating these operations until a desired three-dimensional body can be obtained. CONSTITUTION:An optically moldable composite 40 exists between a platform 41 and the second surface 45 deg. of a movable film 45. After that, a layer 48 is subjected to image-wise exposure by the chemical rays of a beam 12''. When the image formative solidification of the layer 48 is completed, a driving shaft 94 acts to elevate a driving frame 76. Then, a tensile strength frame moves upward. By this operation, the combination between the solidified layer 48 and the second surface 45 is dissolved. In the next time, by conducting an operation contrary to this, the elastomeric film 45 becomes an initial state again. The same cycle is repeated until a three-dimensional body is completed. Thus, the flat layer of a deformable and optically moldable composite can be formed.
