PURPOSE:To enhance the function of a window regulator device by attaching an easily compressible resilient member to a lower slidable piece of a slider base adapted to slide in a guide rail, in a part where it is not compressed by a pressure in the passenger compartment. CONSTITUTION:Slide pieces 30a, 30b provided to a slide base 10 for supporting a window glass are arranged in guide rails 10 having a C-like cross-sectional shape 13. Then, a synthetic resin casing 31 for the lower slide piece 30b is formed therein with a space part between an attaching part 310 and a side wall part 31b. Arm parts 370 of a cushion rubber 37 are press-fitted in the space part, and is fixed by inserting a resin plate 35. Further, upon arrangement of the piece 30 in the rail 13, the base part 31a thereof is made to abut against the rear surface 13a of the rail 13 which is positioned on the compartment side, and the arm parts 370 are made to abut against bulged parts 13c of the rail 13. Accordingly, the pressure between the slide members is made to be appropriate so that they may smoothly ascend and descend, and the pressure in the passenger compartment is received by rigid parts of the pieces, thereby it is possible to prevent the window glass from being sucked up during running at a high speed.
