PURPOSE:To prevent a misshift between a 5th-speed shift and a reverse shift by providing a 1st-speed to 5th-speed lever part and a reverse lever part in a shift and select lever, and providing a reverse shift arm with the reverse lever part engaged, so as to move a 5th-speed, reverse shift shaft in the axial direction. CONSTITUTION:A 5th-speed shift yoke 102 and a reverse shift pin 104 are provided to be positioned in an opposite side to each other in a 5th-speed, reverse shift fork 90 mounted to a 5th-speed, reverse shift shaft 96. A reverse shift arm 106 is mounted to the reverse shift pin 104. In this constitution, when a shift lever is selected to a 5th-speed position, a shift and select lever 124 is engaged with the 5th-speed shift yoke 102 and detached from a reverse shift second hole part 110, to make possible a 5th-speed shift. When the shift lever is selected to an opposite side to the 5th-speed position, a reverse lever protruding part 128 is engaged with the reverse shift hole part 110, to make possible a reverse shift.
