CONSTITUTION:Green tea, oolong tea, tea, etc., is extracted to give a tea extract containing polyphenols such as catechin, epicatechin, gallocatechin, epicatechin gallate and epigallocatechin gallate. Since when the tea extract (usually powdery) is mixed with a chitin (poly N-acetyl-D-glucosamine, its deacetylated compound, chitosan and salt of a chitin and an acid) and made slightly soluble in a neutral solution, bitterness and astringency in the mouth can be extremely eliminated. Further since the tea extract is rapidly dissolved in an acidic solution, the tea extract is in the stomach and the active ingredient is absorbed, effectiveness of the tea extract is not lost at all.
