<p>PURPOSE:To provide a sliding-proof embossed surface specially excellent in sliding-proof property on a frozen surface, its manufacture, and a shoe bottom with this sliding-proof embossed surface applied on. CONSTITUTION:A process for flame-spraying hard material, and a process for removing a globule layer 7 fitted on a grounding surface are arranged, and on the rise surface of a projection on an embossed surface, the globule layer 7 to be formed by the flame-spraying hard material is fitted. The hard material is flame-spraying on the whole surface of the embossed surface, and after that, only by removing the globule layer 7 fitted on the grounding surface of the projection 5, a layer for the globule layer 7 to be in shear-like contact with the grounding surface at a right angle can be formed. Besides, sliding resistance is remarkably increased by the edge function of the globule layer 7 and is applied to a shoe bottom or the like, and slipping and falling down on a frozen surface, a rainy weather steel plate, and the like are prevented from being generated. Besides, designing property can be enhanced by the appearance of the globule layer and it is obtained just by adding a simple process, without the need of the change of conventional construction.</p> |
