PURPOSE:To obtain a resin molded item for various heat instruments, automotive parts, electric and electronic parts etc., which generate no breakage of a boss in the assembly process and no crack of a boss with time after completion of a product and have high reliability even in a thin molded item. CONSTITUTION:A boss 3 having a recessed part 2 is formed so as to be projected to the base material 1 and a thick part 5 is provided on the part surrounding the formed boss on the base material 1. A resin molded item wherein the thickness (a) of the thick part 5 is related with the thickness (b) of the wall of the boss by a relation of a>=bX0.9, is obtd. |
