PURPOSE:To remove a dye in dye wastewater, especially a reaction dye to be used for pigment printing dyeing, efficiently within a short time. CONSTITUTION:Using a dye removing material prepared by sticking to a substrate, a vinyl-type copolymer which is insoluble or sparingly soluble in water and has haloganated pyridinium group in the molecule, a dye in dye wastewater is removed by bringing the dye removing material into contact with the dye wastewater. |
